岗位职责：

Take a Lead within cross-functional team of engineers (Display engineers, Process Engineers, Test Engineers, DFX, SQE) in the development of LCD. During development phase, you will be required to:

 

-Provide technical assessment of existing or new manufacturing partners

-Identify manufacturing processes to meet product design

-Develop test processes to ensure quality

-Work with suppliers to develop fixtures to ensure correct performance and mechanical requirement. 

 

Serve as Sr. Operations technical lead / manager and team up with SQE during all engineering builds as well as ramp. Provide single technical voice to product project teams. 

Ensure all technical risks associated with a product are identified and closed or mitigated to enable the quality ramp of a product. 

Identify, prioritize and manage key technical risks of a given product. 

Ensure smooth handoff of product to Supplier Quality Engineering.

Serve as technical lead in resolving complex issues during bring-up and life of product. 

 

Identify technical changes needed in order to support operations product manager as needed throughout the life of the product. 

 

Partner closely with the Engineering teams and SQE during all phases of development and product introduction. Interface with the various Operational Program teams to enable success of the new product introduction.

Education/Experience

-BS in engineering field 

-MS preferred, in EE, ME, Material Science, ChE

-Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience into related Manufacturing of LCD industry 

-Excellent project management skills, working in a matrix organization. Incumbent should have a good track record of managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield and cost.

-Direct experience managing a functional engineering teams a plus

-Proven bottom line project management experience (Planning, Cost & Delivery)

-Experience working with international OEM partners.
