1. Translate overall sales strategies into specific short term and long term operational sales objectives and priorities;
2. Develop and implement appropriate plans, approaches and actions to effectively penetrate brand, SBU, key BU, strategic innovations, new products in the targeted customers and territory;
3. Build and grow success business and develop reliable partnership with artisan, other end user customers in innovation and ensure the implementation on customer management, customer trainings, customer events and communication is leading in the industry;
4. Evolve current distributor sales network into direct sales model;
5. Effectively help company address new business opportunities/challenges based on true local insights, e.g. customer understanding/feedback, competitor activities etc.;
6. Build high performance high engagement team with effective talent pipeline;
7. Improve operation efficiency and quality by well managing selling expenses, sales forecast, other business resources and leveraging new techniques, tools and information system;
8. Build collaborative relationship with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operation efficiency.
• Education: University degree;
• Language: Fluent both in Mandarin and English, good language knowledge in English is a plus.
• At least 8-year sales management experience in the multinational companies, working experience in B2B industry is a plus.
• Have solid team management, key account management and distributor management experience with success cases;
• Demonstrated leadership attributes in the following areas:
