岗位职责：

1. Coordinate local production activities:

? by applying work plans developed by the technical specialist (Product, Technical Direction, Planning, Quality Control, R&D);

? by ensuring the achievement of production schedules associated with them;

? by promoting regular meetings between local technicians for guidelines and priorities sharing.

2. Periodically reports to department managers on the activities status of on their behalf;

3. Make initial evaluation of new production lines assigned to new or established supplier by asking for technical assistance if necessary;

4. Guarantee the counter sample certification process in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Quality Manual;

5. Ensure the implementation of the Quality Manual at the production sites:

supporting the activities of local quality controllers (QCM) by allowing them to work independently and without restrictions;

managing according to the quality managers the most complex quality problems arise on production lines.;

requiring to the supplier, as a result of non-conformity report, the reworking of the failed production batches  on its own expense.

6. Manage local staff according to the guidelines agreed with the heads of specialized functions (or their staff) in terms of:

working hours;

leave authorization and overtime;

behavioral guidelines;

travel and expense reports.

7. Act a focal point for all the headquarter functions (both technical staff) for an ordinary activities:

planning reception and dispatching of samples to and from the headquarters technical departments; acts as a focal point for the company business functions on simple administrative/legal matters according to the guidelines provided by the same functions;

coordinate the visits of the headquarters staff by managing the costs of local representation in the interests of efficiency and cost savings.

Purpose of the role is to hit or improve productivity and quality goals of the assigned production subsystem (area / product line) by providing local support to the Headquarter on specific issues.

It coordinates the area personnel (production engineers, quality controllers, technicians) for the achievement of shared goals in the collection manufacturing. It guaranties:

Target production volumes;

Target production costs;

Target production time.

In addition the role guaranties the application of controls provided in the Quality Book (shared with the product suppliers) by transposing the instruction issued by the Quality Manager.
